• Account information — name, email address, and password credentials when you create an account.
• Purchase information — the products you buy, order history, and entitlements. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Content you provide — business profile details, waitlist submissions, newsletter signups, and messages you send to the AI Assistant.
• Technical data — basic log and device information used to keep the service secure and working.

To deliver the products you purchase, provide access to your account and member resources, respond to support requests, send transactional email (receipts, downloads, account notices), and — with your consent — send newsletters and offers.

Messages and business profile details you share with the AI Assistant are stored in your account so conversations retain context. They are sent to our AI provider solely to generate responses to you. We do not sell this content or use it to advertise to you.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider (accounts, purchases, content), and our email provider (transactional and marketing email). We do not sell your personal data.

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
• Request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
• Delete AI conversations from within the Assistant.

Deleting your account does not erase records we must retain for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention.

Access to your data is restricted by authentication and row-level database policies. Digital product files are stored privately and delivered through expiring signed links.

Faith2Results is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
